Legislature Tilts at Internet Porn

The Utah House is moving forward with a bill aimed at limiting children's access to pornography on the Internet, according to the Tribune. We're sympathetic to the issue at hand: just a few weeks ago our 11-year-old daughter, looking for her favorite animal site, stumbled upon a horrific set of bestiality links. But this is an issue that has confounded Federal legislators for years, and it's hard to see how a bill that only applies to content providers in Utah could make the slightest difference.
