  1. This is truly unbelievable. Why would such a man think anyone (except for a few staunch republican cheerleaders) in Missoula would have any desire whatsoever to see this man unless it was to give him a swift kick in the ass. This guy typifies dirty politics and the degenerate campaigns we see these days.

  2. Missoula?!! We certainly support free speech in this town but I don’t Karl Rove will challenge the Rolling Stones for biggest turn out. What is he thinking? Even most republicans in Missoula don’t like the guy. He will probably have a larger audience on the ride over from the airport– assuming he’s not driving himself.

  3. $500 for a picture with him? Who does this guy think he is?

  4. OJ Simpson, of course.

  5. I was going to post something about him maybe doing his rap routine with pool boy and ring kisser David Gregory but that OJ Simpson comment has me laughing too hard!

  6. The man is a genius. I mean, who else could have forced the Supreme Court to elect GWB in 2000? You don’t think the moron from TX was responsible do you? Who else would or could have pushed so hard for the New American Century to make GWB the so called “war president”? This IS GWB’s brain.

To be in bed with so many people and actually direct the activity in that bed? Like it or not, that is power in America. All I have to say to prove the point further? 8 years of GWB. We are so lost.
I would go just to see if he will do a rap dance–but I refuse to pay $100 for that BS.

  7. Are there any plans for an organized protest of this man’s existence?
The latest revelations about the democratic ex-governor of Alabama, Don Siegelman, being prosecuted and karl rove’s involvement in that prosecution, sheds light on the serious implications of the firing of the federal prosecutors. This was all part of his plan for the permanent republican majority. Vote suppression and disenfranchisement, phony prosecutions of candidates they can’t beat and a highly co-ordinated smear machine that floods the various media with lies about their opponents. This is karl rove’s legacy, a legacy that I hope will be yoked to the republican party which was only too happy to use his tactics and reap the benefits before they were exposed.
    So…any protests planned?

  8. Wouldn’t be great if we could organize three or four of Missoula’s gay couples to be photoed with Rove. Get them to kiss in the picture or even flirt with little pudgy Rove!!! That would be awesome, welcome to Zootown Rovey!!

  9. Sure glad Newwest has decided that they will not allow any nasty personal attacks on their site. Think what it would be if nastiness was allowed.

  10. rob, I could swear you were talking about the D’s and their nomination battle. NOTHING holds a candle to this display of smear tactics.
